Common Mistakes Entrepreneurs

Let’s look at what are the most common mistakes entrepreneurs often make when creating your business or company.

Common mistakes to which we must pay attention and avoid, if we start a successful business:

Not having a business plan

A common misconception among entrepreneurs is to obviate the development stage business plan.

Not knowing customers well

Many entrepreneurs do not have very clear on what type of consumers to go to target their products or services and those that do not perform a proper investigation and analysis of its characteristics.

Underestimating the competition

Many entrepreneurs underestimate the competition, do not give due importance, not because they take the time to investigate it and analyze it.

Overoptimistic

The starting a new business always carries an enthusiasm and optimism of the fact themselves embarking on a new project, but when this enthusiasm or optimism is excessive, the entrepreneur can lose objectivity. Read the rest of this entry »

Set goals and beat them

Set goals and beat them. The key to that goal is to write your goals. Then you should make them public. Their objectives must also be very specific and have a timeline for them. My goal is to win $ 1 million a year in passive income within 5 years. Now that may seem outrageous, but that goal keeps me focused.

Set specific and measurable, and make them public. Track your progress and never, never give up.

Find a business that fits their belief system and becomes a passion. Making a successful company has a deep commitment. My belief is that if you start a business on the basis of just making a lot of money, it will be difficult to maintain their commitment when things go wrong.

If you’re passionate about what you are doing, then when times get tough your passion takes you through.

Stop pulling a business to another. Find a business that is very good and make it work. Even if it takes years to make the business successful and where you can leave your day job.

Stop using the nay-Sayers. We live in a world of fun. Very few people like seeing other people succeed. So when people start saying that they will not succeed, do not have your best interest at heart.

Not that they want not, many people including family and friends have that feeling himself a failure. If you become successful, then I feel worse about themselves.

Do not let anyone steal your dreams and do not let your fears get in your way

Successful Entrepreneur Stories – The secret of success

I was recently attending a conference with several entrepreneurs to success . Although there were some interesting ideas batted around in the workshops, the conversations I had with these entrepreneurs have found success after the most interesting.

The number one tip is said to love what you do. You must have the drive and passion to build the best business you can if you want a high level of success . It is not enough to simply hope that things are going well. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to prove himself to his customers, business partners and even those close to you in life.

Another common advice was to have a business plan. Only one of the entrepreneurs with whom I spoke ever started a business without a business plan – but it was the only business of its failed! They could not stress this enough – you must know what you’re getting into before you start. Having benchmarks to ensure a good way to stay motivated and on task and do not believe that could have been successful without him.

The common theme among all these entrepreneurs to success was not just your unit or business sense. Each was confident. You might think that financial confidence breeds success , but in reality is the opposite. If you believe in yourself and your business, why would anyone else?

Characteristics of an entrepreneur – you have what it takes?

Entrepreneur magazine recently known published two articles, which highlighted some interesting points about the characteristics of the entrepreneur-minded people.

“Definition of an entrepreneur : A person who assumes the financial risk of opening, operating and managing a business ”

“The employer s are optimistic and future-oriented, believe that success is possible and are willing to risk their resources in pursuit of profit. ”

“The employer s are not motivated by the need to make money but by the need to make your dreams a reality. Most of the time, money is a byproduct of the motivation of an employer in place of their own motivation. ”
I especially like the little ego, points interesting and promising, is not it?

In my opinion the characteristics most important employer s that have been identified, is optimistic and persistent. So you have what it takes? Are you optimistic and persistent?

If you were not born an entrepreneur natural, which is quite good, the best way to learn the characteristics of the entrepreneur , is to surround yourself with other employer s, learn from their stories and experiences, motivate yourself with your own success.
