Some Tips to Save Time If You Have a Business at Home
It requires discipline to work from home or build a business from home.
Clearly working from home has the great advantage of saving money on office rent are always expensive.
Unfortunately not everyone can work from our homes or we it is very difficult because we do not separate our home routine with a routine work or business.
Perhaps the following tips may help:
1. Try to have a separate physical location for your business inside your home. If space allows, and as small as it was but you must have room to work from home.
2. Have a different for your own business. Now the cost of a phone line is very low and should your business have a separate phone line.
3. Do not answer the phone on a permanent basis. Whether it has independent line or not, you should not answer the phone because it just sounds so distracted from your daily work. Have an answering machine and have a schedule for review.
4. Check your emails 2 or 3 times a day. Like the phone, answer e-mails is an addiction that causes us to lose much time. Do not check their emails on a permanent basis but 2 or 3 times per day at a specific time.
5. Hire a virtual assistant. As you are at home you might find it difficult to have a secretary or assistant but could have a virtual assistant to help with daily tasks including perhaps check your emails.
6. Dress in appropriate manner. Do not give up and dress properly, do not stay in my pajamas but think you are starting a work schedule like any other, the fact that you are at home is irrelevant.
