One great way to build up the teamwork in your company is to organize an activity for all to attend. Before the actual event let your officemates practice with their mountain bikes in inclined places. Make sure that they get comfortable shifting gears. An hour of practice everyday will make you get the hang of it.

When you are going uphill make sure that you lean forward with your back straight. Make sure that you have complete control of your bikes handlebars and apply pressure on your front wheels.

When the climb is too steep there would be a chance that you would loose balance. In this situations make sure to shift your weight to the front part of the bike by leaning forward.
